Sundaram-Clayton completed sale of 16.33-acre Chennai land to Canopy Living LLP for total consideration of ₹558.62 crore.
Canopy Living LLP is a JV between Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited.
Balance consideration of ₹533.62 crore received on 26th March 2026 after an earlier advance of ₹25 crore.
