Sundaram Finance announced the exercise of stock options under its employee stock option scheme, with 500 options exercised across two grants on 2nd April 2026.
Grant 13 (400 options) and Grant 14 (100 options) were exercised, with shares to be transferred from the employee welfare trust to the option holders.
The company has initiated the transfer of shares to the demat accounts of the option holders, completing the ESOP exercise process.
