Sunita Defence Acquires 51% in New Mold Innovations

Sunita Tools' US subsidiary Sunita Defence Inc acquired 51% ownership in New Mold Innovations LLC for USD 419,000.
The acquired Kentucky-based company specializes in aerospace and specialty grease manufacturing with an installed capacity of 4.7 million cartridges.
Profit distribution will be 75:25 in favor of Sunita Defence until a cumulative preferred return of USD 344,000 is recovered.
First payment tranche of INR 1.44 crore (USD 150,000) has been remitted, with balance due by end-May 2026.
