Defense Contract Update
Sunita Tools Limited has delivered samples/prototypes and various approved test reports for the Interim Sales Agreement for NATO Spec & Standard 155mm M107 artillery shells to the customer. NMI has also been approved as a vendor by Southern State Coop, a Richmond, Virginia-based farm supply and service cooperative founded in 1923. Southern States has more than 300,000 farmer-members and operates through 1,200 retail outlets, providing farm inputs including fertilizer, seed, livestock feed, pet food, animal health supplies, and petroleum products.
Expected Impact: This vendor approval is described as a "major development" that is expected to "increase order book sizably from July onwards."
Legacy Business Performance
Sunita Tools Limited's legacy engineering business has started the financial year well and currently maintains a "very healthy order book" for the months of June and July.
