- Parties: Sunita Tools Limited and A Polish Defence Mfg Co (engaged in Research, Design, Development and Manufacture of ISR drones, Loitering ammunition and Smart Flying ammunition)

Collaboration Scope
The parties intend to collaborate for:
- Research, Design, Development, manufacturing, marketing and sale of ISR drones, Loitering ammunition and smart Drone ammunition
- Formation of a joint venture in India with Sunita Tools Limited proposed to hold majority stake
- Sunita Tools will act as development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution partner within India, GCC countries and Indian subcontinent
- Rights to promote products in other international markets as mutually agreed
- Joint exploration of opportunities for participation in defence procurement programmes
- Strategic collaborations with Indian defence industry participants
Conditions and Approvals
The MoU is subject to:
- Execution of definitive agreements
- Completion of commercial negotiations
- Statutory approvals
- Export control regulations
- Other applicable governmental approvals
