Sunita Tools announces establishment of full-time Chicago office for its US subsidiary Sunita Defence Inc.
Subsidiary will focus on bidding, supplying 155mm M107 shells and defense products to US entities.
Office will also evaluate strategic acquisitions in aerospace, defense, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
Subsidiary headed by Abheshek Satish Pandey, an aerospace engineer with US management qualifications.
