Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding a correction to the date of its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The disclosure, made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, states that the AGM date previously approved by the Board of Directors on August 21, 2026, was inadvertently mentioned as September 25, 2026.
The Company clarifies that the 6th Annual General Meeting will instead be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company (3rd Floor, 9292 Building, VIP Road, Nr. Metro Wholesale, Althan, Surat 395017).
The change is being made to rectify the inadvertent error in the previous disclosure and specifically to avoid the AGM coinciding with Ganesh Visarjan. All other matters and business items approved by the Board in its meeting held on August 21, 2026, remain completely unchanged.
