Sunsky Logistics Board Meeting for H1 FY27 Results

The Board will consider and approve the following matters:

• Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the half year ended September 30, 2026
• Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

Additionally, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026 for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will re-open after 48 hours of the declaration and publication of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2026.
