Sunteck Realty Transfers Subsidiary Stake to Step-Down Unit

Sunteck Realty transferred its 100% stake in Mantavya Real Estates to another wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunteck Real Estates, for Rs. 1,00,000.
The transaction, completed on 6th April 2026, is a related-party transaction conducted on an arm's length basis.
Mantavya Real Estates, incorporated in November 2025, had no revenue in the last financial year, making the transaction an internal restructuring.
