Item 5: Borrowing Limit Increase (Special Resolution)
Approval sought to increase borrowing powers under Section 180(1)(c) of Companies Act, 2013 up to ₹1,500 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Crore Only).
Purpose: To meet future requirements of funds for business operations, expansion, working capital needs and other general corporate purposes.
Borrowing may include: Bank loans, financial institution loans, foreign lender borrowings, corporate/entity borrowings, floating rate notes, fixed rate notes, syndicated loans, debentures, bonds (including perpetual bonds), commercial papers, short term loans, external commercial borrowings, in rupees or foreign currencies.
