Supreme Court listed petitions for special leave to appeal filed by Arjun Thapar & associates against Machhar Polymer Pvt Ltd.
The petitions arise from impugned final judgments dated 15 July 2025 in SCRA(Q) Nos. 7382-7385 passed by Gujarat High Court.
The Court, comprising Justices Manoj Misra and Manmohan, ordered the matters to be listed for hearing in the third week of July 2026.
