Scrutinizer's Report Details
Shri V. Laxman of M/s. V. Laxman & Company, Company Secretaries, Mumbai served as Scrutinizer. The e-voting process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner following Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR Regulations.
The voting period commenced on Tuesday, 30th June, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and ended on Thursday, 2nd July, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Shareholders of record as of 26th June, 2026 were entitled to vote.
At the AGM, e-voting through electronic means was conducted to facilitate Members present in the meeting who could not participate in the e-voting. The Scrutinizer unblocked the votes cast in the presence of two independent witnesses not employed by the Company: Ms. Ranjeeta Haresh Wavekar and Ms. Suvarna Nandkumar Patil.
