Supreme Infrastructure India Limited allotted 7,67,000 equity shares to non-promoter Vikas Khemani on March 31, 2026, via warrant conversion.
Exercise price of Rs. 65.205 per warrant (75% of Rs. 86.94 issue price) was received; Annexure I records amount as Rs. 5,00,12,235.
Post-allotment paid-up share capital increased to Rs. 97,50,27,600 comprising 9,75,02,760 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
Allottee holds 21,08,547 warrants pending conversion out of original 28,75,547 warrants held.
