Suraj Industries Acquires Shri Gang Shares, Holds 20.02%

Suraj Industries completed acquisition of 25,000 equity shares of Shri Gang Industries from Mr. Vikas Gupta.
Shri Gang allotted 2,50,000 equity shares via conversion of 2,50,000 CCPS at ₹99/share to Promoter Group.
Post-allotment, Shri Gang's paid-up equity capital rose to ₹19.98 crore; Suraj's stake revised to 20.02%.
