Manufacturing Operations Update

Through its subsidiary Carya Chemicals & Fertilizers Private Limited (CARYA), the company is engaged in manufacturing and bottling of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Country Liquor (CL) and Rajasthan Made Liquor (RML). CARYA commissioned its bottling facility in April 2025 with an installed capacity of approximately 48 lakh cases per annum.

Product Portfolio

CARYA manufactures and bottles its own brands including:

  • RML portfolio: Carya Black Leo XXX Rum, Carya Hill Top Classic Whisky, Carya Hill Top Orange Vodka
  • Country Liquor portfolio: Carya Jhumroo, Carya Nimboo Mastana, Carya Preet, Carya Dhol Dhamaka

Under a manufacturing agreement with Allied Blenders & Distillers Limited, CARYA bottles select IMFL brands including Officer's Choice Prime Whisky, Iconiq White Prime International Grain Whisky, and Sterling Reserve B7 Deluxe Blended Whisky.

New Manufacturing Arrangement

CARYA has entered into a manufacturing arrangement with Radico Khaitan Limited, one of India's leading alco-bev players. The company has received requisite approvals from the Excise Department and is expected to commence bottling operations for Radico's brands shortly. This tie-up is expected to enhance capacity utilization, strengthen operational efficiencies, and expand the company's presence in Rajasthan's growing alco-bev market.

Distillery Project Update

As part of its long-term backward integration strategy, CARYA is setting up a 125 KLPD grain-based greenfield distillery expected to be commissioned during July-August 2026. Upon commissioning, ENA will be used for captive consumption to strengthen backward integration, operational efficiencies and support margin improvement.

Current project status:

  • Main process plant supplied and installed by Praj Industries Limited
  • Major equipment installation completed
  • Integration, electrification, and pipeline connectivity works in progress
  • Company has applied for Consent to Operate from Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board and expects approval shortly

Additional Business Operations

Suraj Industries Limited currently operates under a contract bottling arrangement with Rajasthan State Ganganagar Sugar Mills Limited (RSGSM), a Government of Rajasthan undertaking that holds exclusive wholesale rights for Country Liquor (CL) and Rajasthan Made Liquor (RML) in the state. The company commissioned a fully automatic bottling line at RSGSM's facility in Mandore, Jodhpur, which commenced commercial production on May 24, 2024.
