Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and following a previous intimation dated June 23, 2026, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
The closure period is from the end of the quarter (June 30, 2026) until Friday, August 14, 2026. This represents 48 hours after the declaration of financial results at the Board Meeting. The trading window will re-open from Saturday, August 15, 2026.
