Suryaamba Spinning Mills Q1 FY27 Board Meeting Notice

The Board will consider and approve the following agenda items:

• Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter and three months ended on June 30, 2026
• Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor on the Unaudited Financial Results for the same period

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed. The Trading Window will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results on August 13, 2026. This closure has been communicated to all Designated Persons covered by the Code.
