The 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 09:30 AM at Incredible One Hotel, 1-2-40, 41 & 43, Park Lane, Sandhu Apartment, Kalasiguda, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003.
Pursuant to Section 91, 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration Rules), 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed for equity shares from 19-09-2026 to 30-09-2026 for the purpose of the 47th Annual General Meeting.
The Company has fixed Friday, 18th September 2026 as the Cut-Off date to ascertain the eligibility of the Members entitled to vote electronically on the resolutions mentioned in the AGM Notice.
