Suryoday Small Finance Bank received RBI approval for reappointing Krishna Prasad Nair as Non-Executive Part-time Chairman for three years effective July 22, 2026.
The reappointment was approved by RBI letter DoR.GOV.No.S1240/29.44.006/2025-26 dated May 12, 2026, and noted by the board on the same date.
Mr. Nair brings extensive banking experience from Indian Overseas Bank and IDBI Bank, with expertise in retail banking, HR, IT, and administration.
