Suzlon Allots 6.57L ESOP Shares at Rs 2 Face Value

Suzlon Energy Ltd. allotted 6,57,000 equity shares pursuant to employee stock option exercises under ESOP 2022.
The allotment was approved by the Securities Issue Committee via circular resolution on 13th April 2026.
Total money realized from the exercise was Rs. 1,11,22,500, including premiums ranging from Rs. 3 to Rs. 22 per share.
Post-allotment, the company's paid-up capital stands at Rs. 2743,06,79,518 divided into 1371,53,39,759 equity shares.
