Suzlon Energy Allots 1.95 Lakh ESOP Shares

Suzlon Energy allotted 1,95,000 equity shares to employees upon exercise of stock options under its ESOP 2022 plan.
The allotment generated Rs. 28.50 lakhs from exercise prices ranging from Rs. 5.00 to Rs. 30.00 per share.
The company's paid-up capital increased to Rs. 2743.11 crores divided into 1371.55 crore shares post-allotment.
The allotment was approved by the Securities Issue Committee via circular resolution on 13th May 2026.
