Suzlon Secures 195 MW Sunsure Wind Turbine Order

Suzlon Energy secured a repeat 195 MW order from Sunsure Energy for its 3 MW wind turbine platform, taking their cumulative partnership to nearly 300 MW.
The order involves supplying 65 S144 WTGs rated at 3.0 MW each, with full project execution and long-term O&M services in Karnataka's Bijapur district.
This order pushes Suzlon's 3 MW platform sales to nearly 9 GW and establishes over 2 GW orderbook in Karnataka, its largest market.
Sunsure Energy, backed by $400 million from Partners Group AG, is developing 7.10 GW of renewable capacity targeting 10 GW operational by 2030.
