Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading:
- Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed
- Closure period: Until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results
