Swadeshi Polytex Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the scheduling of its 56th Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 22, 2026, approved that the 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The Company has stated that the Notice convening the AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be submitted to the exchange in due course, in compliance with applicable regulatory provisions.
