Swadeshi Polytex Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Thursday, 13th August, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY2027).
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
