Board Meeting Details
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited will be held on Tuesday, 11th August, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The board may also consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Trading Window Closure
In continuation of the intimation dated 25th June, 2026 and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities remains closed for all Designated Persons including Insiders and their immediate relatives. The closure period began on 1st July, 2026 and will re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
