Shareholders approved regularisation of Mr. Jayaramakrishnan Kannan as Non-Executive Independent Director via postal ballot on 19th May 2026.
His appointment is for a five-year term effective from 31st March 2026 to 30th March 2031, not liable to retire by rotation.
Mr. Kannan brings 40 years of IT industry experience including 30 years at Tata Consultancy Services in various positions.
