Key Decisions and Approvals

The Board of Directors made the following decisions:

1. Directors' Report Approval: Approved the Directors' Report along with all annexures for financial year 2025-26.

2. 34th Annual General Meeting: Decided to convene the 34th AGM on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST) at Sai Leela Hall, A1, 1, RN Gandhi Road, opposite Rajawadi Colony, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400077.

10. Promoter Reclassification: Considered and approved the application received from Mr. Rajendra M Chordia, Promoter/Promoter Group, under Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 for reclassification from Promoter/Promoter Group to Public.

11. Promoter Reclassification: Considered and approved the application received from Ms. Seema Rajendra Chordia, Promoter/Promoter Group, under Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 for reclassification from Promoter/Promoter Group to Public.
