Issue Details
The IPO consists of a fresh issue of equity shares amounting to up to ₹12,850 Lakhs and an offer‑for‑sale of up to 1,750,000 equity shares. The price band is set at ₹175 to ₹185 per share, with a lot size of 81 shares (or multiples thereof). The anchor investor portion opens and closes on 22 September 2026, the issue opens on 23 September 2026 and closes on 25 September 2026. The share reservation is as follows: QIB portion up to 43,47,970 shares, anchor investor portion up to 26,08,782 shares, net QIB (mutual funds & others) up to 17,39,188 shares, non‑institutional investors not less than 13,04,394 shares, and retail investors not less than 30,43,581 shares.
Listing
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
Use of Proceeds
Net proceeds from the fresh issue will be employed to fund incremental working‑capital requirements and for general corporate purposes, as stated by Managing Director Mr. Vinay Gupta.
Order Book & Business Profile
As of 31 July 2026, Swastika Infra reported an order book of approximately ₹91,655 Lakhs, providing visibility into its pipeline. The company has completed more than 35 projects across nine Indian states and employs over 180 staff. Its service portfolio covers underground cabling, GIS/AIS and grid substations, rural and urban electrification, street‑lighting systems and renewable‑energy works, delivered through an integrated, tender‑driven EPC model.

- FY26: Revenue ₹50,357.32, EBITDA ₹7,084.55 (EBITDA margin 14.07 %), PAT ₹4,142.80 (PAT margin 8.23 %).
Management Commentary
