Auditor's Scope and Procedures

The auditor conducted a limited assurance engagement in accordance with the Guidance Note on Reports or Certificates for Special Purposes (Revised 2016) issued by ICAI. Procedures included obtaining the list of allottees and upfront amounts, reviewing the certified true copy of the resolution passed for allotment, examining the company's bank statements from 22nd September to 30th September 2026, and making necessary inquiries with management.

The auditor's conclusion states that based on their examination, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the details provided in the Statement are not in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 169(4) of ICDR Regulations, or that the relevant documents are not maintained by the company.
