Swiss Military Consumer Goods Q2 FY27 Board Meeting Notice

Regulatory disclosure submitted to BSE Limited Listing Department pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Additionally, the trading window closure previously communicated via letter dated September 28, 2026 remains in effect. The closure will continue until 48 hours after the communication of the aforementioned financial results to the stock exchange.
