Switching Technologies Gunther Limited has announced the scheduling of its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 2:30 p.m. through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM).
The company will provide remote e-Voting facility to all members with the following schedule:
- Commencement of e-Voting: 21st September 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
- End of e-Voting: 23rd September 2026 at 5:00 P.M.
- Record Date/Cut-off date: 17th September 2026
