Mrs. Saimathy Soupramanien confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than the personal reasons stated. She also disclosed that she holds independent director positions in three other listed entities: (1) R.K.Steel Manufacturing Company Ltd., (2) Supreme Power Equipment Ltd., and (3) CDR Infracon Limited.
