Dividend Declaration
- The Members of the Company approved the payment of a final dividend at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026.
- The dividend is ₹0.10 (10%) per equity share on 94,00,00,000 equity shares of ₹1 each for the Financial Year 2025-26.
- The Record Date for determining eligibility was 23rd September 2026.
- Dividend will be paid to all members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company.
- For shares held in demat form, payment will be made to beneficiaries whose names are provided by CDSL and NSDL as of the Record Date.
- The dividend shall be credited to shareholders' registered bank accounts within the prescribed time frame.
