• Syngene International's Board approved the appointment of Vijaya Chandru and Arun Chandavarkar as Independent Non-Executive Directors effective from the 33rd AGM.
• The Board also approved the reappointment of Vinita Bali as an Additional Non-Executive Director for a one-year term starting July 22, 2026.
