Syrma SGS Technology Limited completed closing of its joint venture with Elemaster S.P.A. as per their September 2025 agreement.
The company acquired 11,43,322 equity shares in JVCo for ₹32.69 crore, increasing its total stake to 60%.
Elemaster acquired 7,68,881 equity shares for ₹21.99 crore, maintaining 40% ownership in the joint venture.
