Key Management Changes
The Board of Directors of Syrma SGS Technology Limited, at its meeting held on June 26, 2026, approved the following management changes:
- Mr. Satendra Singh, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is moving to a new role and has been designated as Senior Operating Director, effective June 26, 2026.
- Mr. Jaidit Singh Brar has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective June 29, 2026. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Background of New CEO
Mr. Jaidit Singh Brar holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in industry/consultancy. Prior to joining Syrma SGS, he served as Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. He is currently acting as Independent Director on the Boards of Exide Industries and Tenneco Clean Air, working closely with the management on scaling up new businesses and IPO preparations. He has extensive exposure to multiple P&L impacts, turnaround, and transformation projects.
