Syrma SGS Appoints Jayesh Doshi as Whole Time Director

Syrma SGS Technology's Board approved appointment of Jayesh Nagindas Doshi as Whole Time Director effective April 01, 2026, for 5 years.
Doshi, a CA and law graduate with ~37 years of experience, transitions from Non-Executive Director role held since September 27, 2021.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Doshi previously served as Whole Time Director & Group CFO of Dalmia Bharat Ltd and led Syrma SGS's IPO in August 2022.
