The company's name has been officially changed from 'Syrma SGS Design and Manufacturing Private Limited' to 'Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited' with effect from September 09, 2026.
The joint venture partners are Syrma SGS Technology Limited (the Company) and Elemaster S.P.A Tecnologie Elettroniche (Elemaster).
