Syrma SGS Technology Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, regarding the inauguration of a new manufacturing facility by its subsidiary, Syrma Johari MedTech Limited.
The subsidiary inaugurated a new Medical Plastics and Precision Molding Facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on September 22, 2026. The facility spans over 120,000 square feet and specializes in medical plastics and precision molding capabilities including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and tooling operations.
The facility is designed to manufacture precision medical components, specifically multi-cavity and tight-tolerance molded components, medical and diagnostic tubing, customized tubing profiles, and other specialized applications for the medical technology industry.
This expansion strengthens Syrma SGS Group's broader manufacturing ecosystem, which now includes 17 global production sites and four design and innovation centers across India and Germany (Stuttgart). The Group supports customers through various stages of the product lifecycle from design and engineering to manufacturing, tooling, and assembly.
