Systematix Corporate Services appointed Mr. Ratnadeep Acharyya as Managing Director & CEO of its Investment Banking division effective May 15, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation via circular resolution.
Mr. Acharyya brings over 24 years of experience in corporate and investment banking from firms including SBI Capital Markets and JM Financial.
