TAAL Tech Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The board will consider and approve two main agenda items:
1. The Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
2. The proposal for First Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27. If declared, the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend will be November 13, 2026, as per Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or before December 2, 2026.
The company also confirms the continuation of the trading window closure that began on October 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
