Announcement

On 22 October 2026, at the AusBiotech 2026 conference in Gold Coast, Australia, Taimei Technology (02576.HK), a global AI‑powered clinical development platform provider, and GreenLight Clinical (GLC), a physician‑led contract research organization, announced an expanded strategic partnership. The agreement is designed to enable GLC to scale trial delivery across the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) region using Taimei’s unified platform, protocol‑aware AI, and integrated clinical imaging solutions.

Evolution of Collaboration

The partnership builds on a collaboration that began in 2024 when GLC first adopted Taimei’s eCollect electronic data capture (EDC) system. The relationship later expanded to include Taimei’s trial randomization tool (eBalance) and safety management solution (eSafety). The 2026 expansion moves the engagement from targeted software usage to an enterprise‑wide alliance covering the full trial lifecycle.

Scope of Expanded Alliance

Under the new roadmap, the partners will scale usage of Taimei’s unified platform across GLC’s operations, explore collaborative central imaging capabilities, and embed intelligent automation into routine workflows under clinical oversight. Over the long term, the platform will incorporate institutional memory, allowing each completed study to teach the system how to run subsequent trials with greater speed and quality. The combined solution aims to reduce manual data‑handling friction, accelerate study delivery, and improve precision in trial execution.

Leadership Comments

"Sponsors today require clinical partners who think like physicians but execute with modern technological velocity," said Dr. Robert Lin, CEO of GreenLight Clinical. He added that measurable gains in data management and safety with Taimei made the broader expansion a natural next step. Zhao Lu, Chairman of Taimei Technology, remarked that the partnership sets a new standard for modern CROs, noting that when operational data and medical oversight reside on a single digital foundation, every completed study enhances the system’s ability to run the next one more precisely. The expanded agreement was formalized onsite at AusBiotech by Taimei Vice President Ben Cai.
