Takyon Networks Reappoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Takyon Networks Ltd's Board reappointed Kapoor Varma & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The Board also reappointed Gesu Nathani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31.
The Secretarial Auditor appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
