Takyon Networks Ltd has received a work order worth ₹26,186,000 (Rupees Two Crore Sixty-one Lakhs Eighty-six thousand only) from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT Allahabad).
The nature of the contract is "SITC of ICT-Enabled Audio-Visual Modernization of Classrooms at IIIT-Allahabad." The entire work must be completed within 16 weeks from the date of signing the contract and handing over of the site.
This is a domestic contract awarded by a domestic entity. The company confirmed that neither the promoter/promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. The transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
