Talbros Auto Three KMP Appointments Approved via Postal Ballot

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd submitted postal ballot e-voting results for three KMP appointment special resolutions under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI LODR, 2015.
All three resolutions appointing Umesh Talwar, Anuj Talwar, and Varun Talwar as Executive Chairman, MD, and Vice Chairman & MD respectively for 3 years from April 1, 2026 were passed.
Voter participation ranged from 53.9% to 56.9% of total shares, with over 99.97% votes in favour for each resolution across all three items.
