Talbros Engineering Acquires Pithampur Industrial Premises for ₹25 Crore

Talbros Engineering Limited has secured a new industrial premises for future expansion and development of new projects. The property is located at Plot No. 70-B, Sector – 3, Industrial Growth Center, Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh - 454774, measuring 40,000 sq. ft.

A formal agreement to sell is being executed between M/s Lakhani Rubber Products Private Limited (CIN: U25199HR2007PTC036751) as the seller and Talbros Engineering Limited (CIN: L74210HR1986PLC033018) as the buyer. The total consideration for the transaction is Rs. 25.00 crores (Rupees Twenty-Five Crores only).

• The transaction does not fall within related party transactions
• There is no shareholding in the entity with whom the agreement is executed
