Tamboli Industries disclosed that its subsidiary, Tamboli Castings Ltd, has formally exited the Export Oriented Unit (EOU) scheme.
The exit, approved by the Kandla Special Economic Zone, is not expected to have a material adverse financial impact on the company.
The company retains its Two-Star Export House status and remains focused on its export business.
