Shashank Ghaisas (Membership No. FCS 11782), Partner of M/s. AVS & Associates, was appointed as Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors on June 11, 2026. His responsibilities included:
- Conducting the remote e-voting process under Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013
- Conducting electronic voting at the AGM under Section 109 of Companies Act, 2013
- Ensuring fair and transparent voting processes based on reports from MUFG Intime India
- Submitting consolidated report of votes exercised through both modes
