Key Appointments Approved
The Board of Directors of TARC Limited, through circular resolutions passed on July 9, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the following appointments:
1. Mr. Mridul Srivastava
- Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
- Effective Date: July 9, 2026
- Designation: Senior Management Personnel
- Profile: Seasoned CHRO with over 23 years of experience in enterprise transformation, specializing in organizational design, workforce architecture, leadership development and AI-enabled workforce transformation. Industry experience spans BFSI, Technology, Telecom (NaaS), Hospitality, Real Estate, and diversified businesses. Previously held senior leadership roles with Shyam Group, Hero FinCorp, Religare and DLF Homes.
- Qualifications: Executive Diploma in HRM from XLRI, Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow
2. Mr. Ankush Kaul
- Position: Chief Business Officer (CBO)
- Effective Date: July 9, 2026
- Designation: Senior Management Personnel
- Profile: Seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of diverse experience across services and products sectors. Previously held leadership positions with DLF, Central Park and Tribeca. Expertise in sales strategy, business growth and human resource mobilization, with proven track record of driving revenue expansion and building high-performing teams.
- Qualifications: MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad
3. Mr. Ajay Gupta
- Position: Chief Development Officer (CDO)
- Effective Date: July 16, 2026
- Designation: Senior Management Personnel
- Profile: Seasoned business development and real estate leader with over 36 years of industry experience. Previously held senior leadership roles with L&T, Godrej Properties, NCC Limited, Krisumi Corporation and Kalpataru Projects (formerly JMC Infra Projects). Expertise in real estate development, project execution, strategic planning, operational excellence, and performance management.
- Qualifications: Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers

All three appointments are full-time employment positions as per the policy of the Company.
